At Goodluck4All, all online payments are manually paid by the members with no auto renewal options. Once the payment for services are made and successful payment confirmation is given by the gateway service provider, we update the confirmation of receipt of payment by us to the user by email.
In case the user states having not made any such payments to us or in case the user wishes to opt in for a cancellation / refund, the user may send an email to [email protected] asking for cancellation and refund of the payment. All such requests received within 2 days of payment confirmation shall be considered on a case to case basis.
Requests received after a user has made the payment beyond two days of making payments will not be entertained.
At Goodluck4all, we do not ask or store credit card information of our users and presently there is no automatic renewal for any services.
